I electronically agree, that Ariana on behalf of Auraesthetic Beauty may use automated means to send recurring mobile messages/emails. Additional mobile messages/emails may be sent periodically based on your interactions with us. Any disputes will be taken care of as soon as possible. 
 

All products have the full ingredients listed, please be sure to read product descriptions if you have an allergen. All products contain natural safe cruelty free ingredients. Not tested on animals. Sensitive skin approved. Does not contain any harsh chemicals.
 

Please keep in mind that our company “me”, “we”, “us” as a whole, are not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or side effects that may happen when using any products. It is YOUR responsibility to read carefully all ingredients that make up a product. If you do however have any issues in regards to using a product or something is wrong with your order , please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, AURAESTHETIC BEAUTY is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders and put in lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If your package was lost in route to you, you need to contact your local USPS. 


 

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order. 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ORDER FOR SANITARY PURPOSES. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to see if there is a possible chance to exchange something for store credit. However depending on your situation, if it can be resolved you will not receive anything for store credit

We make products to give people more confidence in their skin. We make products to improve changes in their looks. We are in no way treating conditions with medicine or making anything you can consume. Every product that is made and sold is specifically for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. It is your responsibility to keep out of reach of younger children and pets. It is also your responsibility to make sure you do not use products directly in private areas.

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.

Shipping and processing time​:

*WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS*

We ship out our orders Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Post offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Shipping normally takes about 2-5 days or longer depending on location.  If you are getting a package shipped on Friday you will have some delays on your package arrival due to the fact that post offices close early on Saturday and are closed on Sundays. 


 

Why is is my package taking so long to get here?

As a solo person running this business I know late packages are frustrating but don't worry, I will try to work as best as possible with any delays you might encounter. Once your package is sent to the Postal Service, it is no longer within my possession. If you experience any delays please be kind as I will try my best to guide you with tracking numbers and updates on your order. If any further delay happens or loss of your package occurs, keep in mind it is not my fault. You can DM me on my Instagram business page: Auraesthetic Beauty, and we can discuss some sort of solution.
 

Why is shipping so expensive?

We use USPS and UPS as our main shipping carrier. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of your packaged order. Anything weighing under 4oz will be $5.00. Anything from weighing more than 4oz will vary with each order being different.
